Unique Replay is a live‑game companion for Lake Valhalla Classic (LVC) Softball, published by Unique Photo Inc. This policy covers the Unique Replay apps for iPhone, Apple Watch, Android and Wear OS, and explains what they collect, how it is used, and how to have it deleted.

What we collect

• Nothing, if you browse as a guest. The app reads a public scoreboard feed from lvcsoftball.com to show live games. No account or personal information is required.
• Your email address, only if you sign in. If you choose to sign in, you enter your email and we send a one‑time code. Your email is used solely to identify your LVC account and show your team and games.
• A sign-in token, stored on your device. It keeps you signed in and is removed when you sign out or uninstall the app.

What we do NOT do

• There are no ads and no ad networks.
• No third‑party analytics or tracking SDKs.
• We never sell or share personal information.
• The app never asks for contacts, location, photos or health data.

How your data is protected

All data is sent over encrypted HTTPS connections. Your email and account details are stored in the LVC league database and are only used to run the app. They are never shared with third parties.

Notifications

If you turn on notifications, a Live Activity (iPhone) or Follow a game (Android), a device token may be stored so we can send you game updates (go‑live, score, final). You can turn these off at any time in your phone's Settings.

Data retention & deletion

Account data lives in the LVC league database for as long as your account is active. To delete your account and associated data, email alexander@uniquephoto.com from the address you sign in with. We delete the account and its data within 30 days.
